Where there's a birthday party there must be cake!  And Karin from Sweet Little Treat is the place for amazing cakes.  The replica of the owner Tom's favorite car, a little red 1957 Corvette was incredibly realistic and full of small and perfectly executed details.  Betty Boop stood above three layers of delicious chocolate mud cake and leaned on a replica of the Jukebox Diner's vintage jukebox.

A 1937 Bedford bus was restored and unveiled especially for the occasion.  The bus was a functioning school bus for Hamilton students in the 1940's.

The boys in yellow were on parking, electrical and stage setup.  Very important jobs.

Face painting, a bouncy castle, balloon twisting, food and vintage collectibles stalls and of course lots of classic car displays dotted the car park, surrounding a stage where radio presenter Ronny Phillips introduced the entertainment.

Tracey & Luke's Pregnancy Shoot

It was such an honour to capture this incredibly special time in the lives of two of my good friends.  I've known these two since high school so they were completely relaxed and keen on joking around as we traipsed around their beautiful farm and gardens in Ngahinapouri.  I hope the waiting game is over soon!
