There are several Cong Caphe's around the city, all decorated in the same eclectic way. Brushed concrete contrasts bright florals with pieces of war memorabilia dropped in at unexpected places. At the Xuân Diệu cafe they've created some sweet little spots to hang out and have a very strong but delicious Vietnamese coffee.
